Welcome to Liaison. By logging in, browsing our catalog, or initiating a chat simulation via en-liaison.com or its associated routes, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not accept these criteria in their entirety, you must immediately close the website and discontinue all use of our software systems.

1. Eligibility Criteria (Adults Only Requirement)

Liaison is an adult entertainment platform offering intimate interactive roleplay and conversational simulations. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age of legal majority in your country of residence) and possess the complete capacity to sign a binding digital contract.

2. Permitted Use and Rules of Engagement

You are granted a limited, personal, non-assignable, and revocable license to chat with virtual characters for personal entertainment purposes. You agree NOT to use Liaison to:

• Initiate malicious attacks, bypass firewalls, scrap raw code, or exploit system APIs.
• Replicate, republish, or commercialize individual dialogue transcripts or custom art generation algorithms without written platform authorization.
• Perform activities that violate the intellectual property rights of the platform or other authorized networks.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform elements—including the name Liaison, the logo art, our proprietary model engines, custom illustration outputs, back-end code stacks, and custom anime girl profiles—are the intellectual property of our company. Chat logs remain private, but the structural assets of the model itself are entirely proprietary.

4. Virtual Content and Conversational Realism

Our platform integrates custom-trained large language models (LLMs) and advanced natural language processing. The companion characters Sakura, Kaguya, Rin, and others are completely virtual entities designed for entertainment. They do not possess real-world existence, real-world authority, or professional credentials. Any advice provided (such as conversational suggestions or lifestyle banter) is strictly narrative and should not replace professional medical, emotional, or financial consulting.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by governing laws, Liaison and its directors are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We hold no liability for system crashes, database lag, visual processing errors, loss of dialogue continuity, or any emotional damages resulting from virtual companion interactions.

6. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these rules of engagement at any time. Your continued use of en-liaison.com or the live application route (`/live/`) following changes indicates your formal acceptance of the updated Terms.
